We’ll be hosting our fourth annual “Quattro de Mayo” celebration at GoodSpeed Performance Lab on May 5th (Saturday), 2012. A big thank you to GoodSpeed for hosting us again this year. For those of you that couldn’t make it last year, we had over 50 Audis in attendance ranging from R8s to a Coupe GT from the 80s and everything in-between. So bring your Audi and get ready for a nice day of chatting with fellow Audi owners, checking out some nice cars, a BBQ lunch, and a nice tour of GoodSpeed’s facilities.

Who is invited:

Anyone that appreciates Audis. We do ask that non-Audi cars are parked behind the shop as there is limited parking space and we typically take up the entire front lot. Your car doesn’t have to be a “show car” to attend, any Audi new or old will be appreciated and enjoyed.

When:

We’ll start at noon and it will continue all afternoon long. Around 5 or so some folks will head over the Scottsdale Pavillions car show for the “after party”

We do please ask you respect the facilities and the neighboring businesses and do not peel out or drive irresponsibly when entering/exiting the parking lot.

Likewise, if you’re interested in volunteering, we’d love help registering people, grilling, and other miscellaneous tasks. We’d also gladly accept anything donated for the raffle to give away. Thanks to a few folks over on Audizine, there are now meets scheduled on a monthly basis for fellow Audi owners to get together, show-off their cars, and get to hang out with each other. While this isn’t an official club event, you can be sure many club members are going and it should be a great time for all involved.

The meet will be the first Thursday of each month from July – December, and then it will change locations (we’ll update this post when the location change approaches).

The organizers have kindly requested that everyone behave themselves and refrain from any wreckless driving or loud noise in order to make this the best experience for everyone and prevent any scrutiny or issues from the neighbors.
